Question by DVS: How can I change Firefox to use MY proxy again, instead of a random one from China?

A friend set up my Firefox proxy so that it was actually using a random proxy from China, instead my own.

I would like to change my Firefox settings so that I am no longer using someone else’s proxy. How can I change it back to my own?

Thank you in advance!

Try this:

1. Click the Tools->Options menu item.
2. Click the Advanced page.
3. Click the Network tab.
4. Click the Settings button.

You’ll have to know what your proxy is, but that’s where you’d change it.

Hope that helps.

You can unblock sites that are blocked with a web proxy. Here is one:

    http://www.keytodoor.info/

This site will let you log into myspace, post comments, view 2nd pages, send messages etc..

Also when you visit the proxy you have the option to sign up to receive new proxies in your email or via sms text message to your cell phone. Both options are free.

If you like this proxy be sure to tell your friends and post it to your myspace, facebook, orkut page or to your blog.

    Happy Surfing!
