Question by realbeachzafari: Do foreign proxy-servers keep my original IP address on file or do they have random numbers?

If I surf with my original IP to a foreign proxy-server, can my internet provider in my country tell the new proxy-server IP I am using then?

Yes, they can look at the packets if they wanted to and see the source and destination IPs If you’re surfing to that proxy then they’ll know what you’re connected to.
