Question by Eat F: Is there a way to make programs access the internet through a proxy?

Is there a way to make programs access the internet through a proxy? The program doesn’t have an option to set a proxie. It just works in the background but goes to the internet every so often. Is there a way to make it go through the proxy?

  1. Shawn says:

Proxies are not designed to handle your internet connection at a low level. That is where VPN’s work perfectly. Since a personal VPN would work at the network level all traffic regardless of it’s source would go through the VPN and nothing would leak outside of it.
