i have had this problem at work before in logging in remote

the IT department writes a script / set of instructions they call it . all that means to me is that i have to click on the icon first …. then log in with the password and pin num

the new computer seems to even “know ” this sometime s by itself ? i am not sure why but i do recall being stranded and frustrated having to explain / have heard about this PROXY thing
