My Epic is doing the same thing. Since we are both having the same problem with different phones, It’s the network. Not sure if Sprint is open today, but hopefully they’ll be aware of the problem soon and fix it.

It must be Sprint, but this is the first time I’ve seen this error and this is the only result I get with it.
I’m sure they’re already aware and trying to fix it as I type this!
Just be patient, and send via -shivers- e-mail.
    Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint.

We have a picture mail outage in the area you are inquiring about. Although there is no estimated repair time available, we are working diligently to correct the issue.

Please be assured that it will be done as soon as possible we can fix it since the fixed agents are working on it and we already escalated the issue.

I’m in FLA. I have an Epic 4G as well.

I am having the same problem with MMS, 502 error Epic 4G.
It seems to work after a reboot, but it only downloads one message before it errors out again.
But it is working fine on my other phone which is an Evo.
I was nervous that I messed up my Epic because I just rerooted it yesterday after the froyo update.

I think it must be a nation wide thing. Someone said that it was happening in Fl, well I am in OK and I also get the same message when I am tryin to get a picture. I am glad to know it isn’t just my phone
