Question by : How can I use proxy in an internet connection that doesn’t admit it?

I wanna surf in pages such as deezer that my college internet connection doesn’t allow to open because those page use some kind of proxy.
I would like to know if there is a program that let me change the config of that connection in order to be able to use proxy.
I’ve also noticed that the program Hotspot shield doesn’t work with that connection either.

Get a personal VPN, no it’s not free. Use the TCP port 80 option.
