Question by Red L: Going through a proxy makes most web pages turn into the language of the proxies location.?

I kind of understand why this happens but I would like to make sure everything (such as Google, Yahoo, etc) is in English. Is there a setting that can be changed to make this happen when using proxies from different regions?

No, there isn’t. It’s the price you pay when using a proxy from another nation.
